How do I use Apple Pay?

  • For iPhone, open the Wallet application, press the “+” button in the upper right corner and follow the instructions for entering your card data to be enrolled. See demo.

  • For Apple Watch, open the Watch app on your iPhone, select Wallet & Apple Pay, and follow the instructions for entering your card data to enroll in the Apple Watch.

  • Can be added to Apple Pay debit or credit active cards. The added card will be validated by entering the code received by SMS on the phone number associated with your card or by calling the Contact Center service (021) 319 93 50.

    • How do you pay with Apple Pay?
  • In order to pay, you will need to authenticate through your Touch ID, Face ID, or password, then bring your iPhone or Apple Watch closer to your POS terminal.

  • You can use Apple Pay in any store in the country or abroad that accepts contactless payment, in mobile applications that accept Apple Pay or in Safari, on sites that accept Apple Pay

    How can you use Fitbit Pay?

  • You have one of the compatible devices: Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Versa 2, Fitbit Versa Special Edition, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Charge 3 Special. Here you will find the list of compatible devices.
  • AlphaCard Visa Gold Debit or any other Visa credit card issued by Alpha Bank Romania.

    • How do you activate Fitbit Pay?

  • Open the Fitbit app from your Android or iOS device, select the Fitbit clock image, then the Wallet section. It is important that the Fitbit device is nearby.
  • Set a PIN for payments made with your Fitbit device. By keeping the standard device settings, your PIN will be prompted every time you put the device at your hand and will remain authenticated for 24 hours or until you turn the clock off.
  • Enroll your AlphaCard Visa Gold Debit card issued by Alpha Bank, by adding the data: card number, name and surname, card expiration date, security code.
  • Confirm the address and accept the terms and conditions of use.
  • Activate the payment option by entering the code received by sms or call in the Contact Center (021) 319.93.50.

    • How do you pay with Fitbit Pay?

  • Choose your card from your virtual wallet, enter the PIN code to unlock your Fitbit device, and move your device closer to the contactless payment terminal.
  • Each time you put your Fitbit device at your hand or every 24 hours you will be asked to enter your PIN.






    • How can you use Garmin Pay?

  • You need a Garmin Pay compatible device.
  • AlphaCard Visa Gold Debit or any other Visa credit card issued by Alpha Bank Romania.

    • How do you activate Garmin Pay?

  • Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app on your Android or iOS device, select the Garmin watch image, then the Garmin Pay - Create Wallet section. It is important that the Garmin device is nearby.
  • Set a PIN for payments made with your Garmin device. By keeping the standard device settings, your PIN will be prompted every time you put the device at your hand and will remain authenticated for 24 hours or until you turn the watch off.
  • Enroll your AlphaCard Visa Gold Debit card issued by Alpha Bank, by adding the data: card number, name and surname, card expiration date, security code.

  • For Android smartphones, open the Alpha e-statements mobile app, select Products -> Cards from the menu, then select the VISA card that you want to enroll in Google Pay.
  • All active VISA credit or debit cards can be enrolled in Google Pay.

    • How do you pay with Google Pay?

  • In order to pay through the Google Pay service, all you have to do is open your phone, respectively authenticate using the methods set at the device level and then bring your Android smartphone closer to the POS terminal.

    • Where can you use Google Pay?

  • You can use Google Pay in any store in your country or abroad that supports contactless payment, in the mobile apps that support Google Pay.
